All orders placed via Internet on the website www.labandiera.it (hereinafter “La Bandiera”), located in Civitella Casanova (PE), C.da Pastini, 4, are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ( hereinafter, “General Conditions”), formulated in compliance with current legislation on contracts concluded outside commercial premises.
By submitting an order, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
La Bandiera reserves the right at any time to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by publishing its new version on the website www.labandiera.it (hereinafter, the Site). The applicable General Sales Conditions are those in force at the time the order is placed.
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the purchase of products and services made available by the Site in compliance with Italian law on distance contracts (Legislative Decree 70/2003).

The price of the various Products or Gift Packages as well as the relative descriptions and characteristics are shown on the page relating to each Category and in detail on the page of each Product or Gift Package.
For the purchase of the Products or Gift Packages, the Customer must add the Product to the “Shopping Cart” and then fill in and send the order form in electronic format, entering the billing and shipping information by following the instructions on the Site. After having read and accepted, by selecting a specific field, the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the Customer must select the desired payment method and confirm the order. By accepting the terms and conditions of this site you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Once an order has been sent, a page confirming the order will be displayed to the customer. This confirmation of the order has the value of a contract proposal and with it the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and to accept these General Conditions and payment terms in full.
The contract stipulated between La Bandiera and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by La Bandiera. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an email confirming the order itself to the address indicated by the customer during registration and / or conclusion of the order.

The prices displayed on the Website are all inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euro, the only currency accepted by La Bandiera.

The applicable prices for the products ordered are those that appear on this site on the date the order is transmitted. These prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are not included.
Delivery costs are invoiced based on the rates shown on this site on the date the order is placed. These rates are defined according to the size of the order and the method of delivery.
Gift Packages do not require additional shipping costs.
La Bandiera reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order in the event of a clear error in the calculation system or in the data.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or property caused by the non-acceptance or evasion, even partial, of an order.

The visual and photographic representations of the products and gift packages on the Site are only accompanied by the description card. It is understood that the photographic image of the products has the sole purpose of presentation for sale and may not be fully representative of its characteristics but differ in color, quantity and / or size. In the event of a difference between the image and the written product form, the description of the product or gift package is always valid.

Gift packages

For Gift Packages it is necessary to indicate during the purchase the names of the people who will use the service.

Once the purchase process is complete and the payment is sent, the Customer will be contacted by La Bandiera to agree on the date on which the purchased Gift Package will be used.

Gift Packages can be used within 6 months of purchase and the Customer is not entitled to a refund.

The Customer can pay for the Products ordered by:
– Bank transfer;
– PayPal account;
– credit card;
In any case, in order to allow La Bandiera to issue an invoice, the customer must complete the registration form by entering all the required and required data.

Payment by credit card occurs through a direct connection with PayPal payment systems. The art. 56 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.
The customer who chooses as a method of payment the bank transfer will receive by e-mail the bank details to proceed with the payment that must be issued within 5 working days, after which the order can be canceled
